You can expect your Master Money Card to arrive within 10 business days of your approval. Your PIN will be sent to you in a separate mailing. Before you know it, you'll be experiencing all the benefits of checkless, ATM checking with one simple card.

This form will NOT be sent electronically, due to the insecurity of the Internet without a secure line. Fill it out by typing in what's in the form, and print it out. Then mail it to our office or stop by and drop it off.
